Hint #1 To get homework done faster--do it as soon as possible.

Do the homework the day it is assigned.  Never put off homework no matter what!  You won't remember exactly how to do it without wasting time trying to remember what the teacher said.

 

The Reason:

 Assignment instructions go into your short term memory.  Short term memory is the one that remembers what you ate for breakfast.  Short term memory only lasts a short time.  If a person waits until tomorrow or happens to sleep in between when they need to do the homework and when the instructions were given, then they need information from long term memory.  Guess what?  Seldom does anything go into long term memory (long term memory is the one you use for remembering your address) without 21 repetitions or some very potent emotion--like almost being run over by a car or being left at a gas station by your parents when you were 3.

 

The Reward?  Who wants to waste time just trying to remember homework instructions when the Playstation or your friends are waiting?
